Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hostess at BB Social Dining in Abu Dhabi. The Hostess will be responsible for handling reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining effective communication with guests. Their tasks will include assisting guests, managing phone calls, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact effectively and politely with guests
• Reservations: Experience in handling table reservations and managing guest seating
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer Service: Dedication to providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Phone Etiquette: Professional phone manner and ability to handle inquiries and reservations via phone
• Positive Attitude: Ability to maintain a positive and welcoming demeanor
• Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
