Secretary / Document ControllerJob Location : UAERequirements :?Must have minimum 5 years? work experience in a Consultancy / Engineering company in UAE.Provide secretarial and administrative task for office such as:?Organize all incoming and outgoing correspondences, submittals, technical and financial proposals, emails, tenders, RFP?s and relevant documents?Record, copy, file, store all documents as a hard and soft copy, distributing documents, ensuring accuracy of all documentation.?Write emails, memos, letters, RFQ?s, proposals and minutes of meetings, ensuring regulatory procedures and changes are followed.?Assist with company presentations and technical reports.?Record and organize existing projects.?Managing all documents and drawings for the company implementing approved methods and tools.?Organize, manage, follow up and update information related to the company?s registrations process on online portal such as (SAP Ariba, Oracle, etc?)
