With a team of 19+ hardworking individuals, Babnimnim Design Studio has successfully completed a variety of projects in the commercial, residential, public sector, and hospitality industries.We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Consultant in Riyadh, KSA to join our architectural company. As a Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our firm by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in all KSA, building client relationships, and expanding our market presence. You will collaborate closely with our leadership team to develop and implement effective business development strategies.The objective of the role:Identify new business opportunities. Research and identify potential clients in KSA markets and projects that align with our firms expertise and strategic objectives.Lead generation and prospecting: Proactively generate leads, qualify prospects, and develop a strong pipeline of potential clients through various channels, including networking events, industry associations, and online platforms.Client relationship management: cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.Market research and competitive analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify market gaps, emerging opportunities, and potential areas for differentiation.Networking and industry engagement: Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build professional networks, promote our firm, and enhance our brand visibility.Job description, but not limited to:Identify potential clients.Create a tracking report for potential clients.Contact or meet potential clients, introduce our firm, and increase firm reach.Follow up and update the tracking database report.Send an architecture or design brief form to any interested client.Follow up and aid potential clients to fill up the design brief form.Send the filled brief form to our company to prepare a quotation.Follow up/convince and negotiate offers up till the award of a contract if needed.
