Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to fill the role of Admin and Listing Agent. This position is critical to our real estate team as it involves both administrative responsibilities and listing properties for sale. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of real estate operations. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced and dynamic real estate agency.
Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Tasks:
Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication with clients, vendors, and team members in a prompt and professional manner.
Creating, Editing, Updating and Publishing listings on Property Expert, Bayut and Dubizzle thru the relevant CRM’s.
Maintain and update client databases, ensuring accurate and current information.
Prepare and manage documentation for real estate transactions, including contracts, listings, and other legal documents.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and property showings for the team.
Assist with marketing efforts, including creating flyers, social media posts, and online listings.
Handle general office tasks, such as filing, scanning, and organizing paperwork.
2. Listing Agent Duties:
Conduct research on properties in the market to gather relevant information for creating compelling property listings.
Visit properties and conduct thorough inspections to assess their condition and market value accurately.
Take high-quality photographs and create appealing descriptions to showcase properties in listings.
Collaborate with sellers to gather necessary information and documents for listing properties.
List properties on multiple listing services (MLS) and other online platforms to maximize exposure.
Respond to inquiries from potential buyers, provide property information, and schedule property showings.
Negotiate and communicate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers.
