We are seeking dynamic and experienced Real Estate Agents to join our Secondary Market Division. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in the real estate industry and a passion for helping clients find their dream properties.
Location: Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities include:
-Source and qualify potential clients through various channels
-Show properties and assist clients in finding their dream property
-Guide clients through the process of making an offer and closing a deal
-Provide clients with market analysis and advice on pricing, mortgages, and legal requirements
-Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the Dubai real estate market
-Keep accurate records of all client interactions and transactions
Qualifications:
– Experience working as a Secondary Real Estate Agent in Dubai in either leasing or sales
-Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and regulations
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-Ability to self motivate
-Must be able to speak fluent English. ability to speak other languages is a bonus.
-Valid UAE driving license
