One of the Leading Company for Printing and Packaging industry is looking for a Product Specialist – Flexible & Labels for their head office in Ajman.

Qualifications:
•Diploma in Printing / B Degree
•3-5 years of experience in Printing and packaging , preferably in Flexible Packaging, Label Industry

Jobs & Responsibilities:

•Serving Customer requirements in the best possible manner by matching their requirements with right produ offering from the products that the company has to offer.
•Developing Customer relationships at all levels to be on serenity level with the buyer, influencers, and technical persons and accounts to ensure timely payment.
•Introducing new products to existing customer base
•Growing with growing customers, adding new customers to the company’s customer portfolio.
•Ensuring prompt customer payments to complete the sale.
•Handling customer complain promptly to ensure highest customer satisfaction levels when serviced by company.
•Regular ordering of consumables to avoid any stock out situations.
•Do 5 Why analysis for any recurring problems to ensure they are eliminated from the root. Ensure the new systems so laid out are followed to avoid any re-occurrence of the problem.
•Maintain all doents like msds, TDS, quote files, samples, brochures, etc as per system.
