Description:
AG Resources is urgently hiring an Administrator (Document Controller) for the Sales Operation team of a Real Estate Company, the position is in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Duration: 03 – 06 Months (Extendable)
Job Descriptions:
Help in establishing Real estate-related forms and sales documents.
Prepare a Reservation agreement (RA), Sales and Purchase agreement (SPA), and know your customer (KYC) document with customers through all sales channels.
Copy, scan, and archive documents physically and digitally using company systems.
Retrieve files as requested by management and clients.
Manage the flow of documentation within the organization.
Maintain confidentiality around sales transactions and customer details.
Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed.
Dispatching SPA and other related documents, if any, to international clients.
Delivering Units Hand over documents to end users.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree holder.
Proven work experience as a Document Controller in a real estate company in Dubai with at least 1 – 2 years of experience.
Work on a temporary contract (renewable/extendable contract based on performance and client’s budget)
Hands-on experience using ERP (system), and MS Office.
Proficient typing and communications skills both verbal and in written format.
Fluent in English and understanding Arabic.
Attention to accuracy and detail.
