Mace is currently bidding for project management and PMO services.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeInterfacing and presenting at senior levels within the client organisation. Managing the development and authoring of processes and procedures to cover programme controls through to project delivery. Managing the development of portfolio, programme and planning controls process and procedure covering full portfolio life cycle from project inception to handover. Managing the establishment of procedure implementation roadmaps, establishment of project KPIs and success measurement protocol. Managing the rollout of procedure, including driving the success of the mandate, the identification and removal of implementation roadblocks. Contributing to the design, development and drafting of processes and procedures. Managing the overall project lifecycle in line with Mace Way (Control Centre) from design through to handover. Having knowledge of current technologies; methodologies and tools to support clients; projects/programmes. Managing the development of the establishment of a infrastructure/transportation strategy to support portfolio, programme and planning controls process and procedure covering full portfolio life cycle from project inception to handover. Managing the support of the client in the development of information management and KPI reporting. Be able to advise on complex requirements and communicate analysis and corrective measures effectively and look to the future to create a vision and set strategy. About YouYou have degree level qualification in a relevant subject, an associated master’s degree would be an advantage, you have a minimum of 30 years of experience and 10 years in a comparable role, you have regional (GCC) experience preferable, you are an experienced and professional individual; CEng/PEng, PE, PMI or APM qualifications preferred. Will have held a management role in the stand-up of a major delivery programme.You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams.
