Job Functions:
– Determine and communicate project requirements, specifications, goals and objectives
– Studies drawings, specifications and BOQ for the assigned project.
– Schedules and makes assignments as needed
– Schedules and allocates resources (manpower, equipment and materials) in line with project requirements and budget.
– Attends and conducts regular internal/external project meetings.
– Coordinates with all project stake holders on daily basis.
– Trains, mentors and manages the performance of the construction team
Candidate Qualifications
– Must be Abu Dhabi based.
– Strong inter-personal skills
– Excellent command in English (speaking and writing)
