You will be joining this already successful Dubai based Property Development Company which has immense potential for further expansion across the Gulf.The successful candidate will be required to ensure the effective commercial management of projects through procurement, value engineering and cost planning, so that projects are executed efficiently and profitably with a consistent level of customer satisfaction.Salary:AED 60,000 to 70,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.RequirementsYou will be degree qualified with an in-depth knowledge of the commercial property development process gained at a Manager or Director level, with an internationally respected, high profile developer or cost consultancy.Demonstrable experience in Dubai working on high-rise towers, high density residential and mixed use developments is demanded.The tax free salary of offer is excellent and is accompanied with medical insurance.If you would be interested in exploring or discussing this opportunity, please email Robert Ferrari your CV in strict confidence
