Description: Responsibilities: To provide daily professional supervision, knowledge and expertise in the administration and support of environmental health and safety programs. As he is responsible for the overall coordination and implementation of environmental health and safety programs to assure compliance with regulatory guidelines and policies. Principal Accountabilities & responsibilities: To establish and implement corporate Integrated Management System in compliance with ISO9001: 2015, ISO14001: 2015 and ISO45001: 2015. To manage third party certification audit in order to achieve and maintain certifications such as ISO9001: 2015, ISO14001: 2015 and ISO45001: 2015 and other certifications. To manage the business processes in respect with planning, implementation, maintenance and improvement principles. To lead and manage a team of QA/QC, HSE & Document Controllers, which include various discipline QA/QC Managers/Engineers, HSE Managers/Advisors/Officers and Document Control Managers and Document Controllers To implement, follow-up and record the environmental, health & safety and quality measures and related performances To periodically conduct and follow-up audits. To support Department Heads in the preparation and implementation of efficient processes in the company in line with Company and best practices. To establish and implement business process risk management across all processes and functions. To provide training to all relevant staff on Quality, HSE and best practices. To plan and manage internal audit within company and report findings to CEO. Initiating Customer Surveys and develop data analysis on customer feed- back. Scheduling, tracking and generating various statistical analysis of data for the purpose of Management reporting. To ensure required resources and support related to QHSE are provided to project. To support Tendering department in QHSE related tender stage deliverables and technical clarifications. The employee must be accountable for the quality of their own work as well that of their subordinates. Qualification/Skills/Knowledge/Experiences: Should be a Graduate in Science or Engineer discipline or any equivalent At least 15 years’ experience out of which 7 years in managerial position in a similar field. Experience of working on major construction projects. ISO9001 and ISO45001 Lead Auditor Certifications. NEBOSH General Certificate. Good knowledge of construction, infrastructure and management. Good knowledge in international & National Quality, Health, Safety and Security codes and applications such as ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001, QCS, OSHA etc. Fully competent on risk assessment process. Good Leader, mentor and coach. Good understanding of information and communication management techniques. Proficient in technical reports. GCC experience is preferred.
