Key Job Accountabilities
Plans, Organizes and directs the EPRS Program development and continuesenhancements to ensure readiness to complete pipeline repairs when required atthe minimum feasible interval.
Identify and close gaps in current QG EPRS tools and procedures,including evaluating the technical usability / Inter-compatibility.
Drive development of structure database and LL and enhance the EPRSprogram related reporting.
Establish, maintain, control, and frequently report the status ofdifferent EPRS program components including the studies, activities, budget,plans and compliance / KPIs.
For effective readiness, the specialist will take a leading role inestablishing:
Good awareness on the design, operation, limitations, andUncertainties, etc. of the QG Pipeline under management and related EPRS tools.
Requirements for EPRS related manuals, procedures and studies. Frequentreviews and update the Damage Assessment Study/ Reports and EPRS Manuals, etc.to ensure practical approach been followed, based on the development inindustry standards and Company LL
Sufficient fit-for-purpose Inventory of Equipment, Tools and Materialincluding spares, for different potential scenarios
Support development and update of Operational, Pipeline Shutdown,Isolation Depressurization and startup Procedures for different scenario.
Assure the Service providers readiness via frequent drills DesktopMockup and capturing of the LL for follow up on the enhancements.
Positive influence and engagement with the Projects to drive the earlystartup of the EPRS development activities for new pipelines.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
This position requires an individual with at least 12-15 years ofexperience in various aspects related to upstream offshore oil & gaspipelines, and with hands on experience and strong exposure to the OffshorePipelines EPRS development and management.
The candidate should possessexperience in offshore project management and in subsea pipeline construction/installation engineering and subsea pipeline design and have the experience ofworking offshore for pipelaying, riser installations, decommissioning andrecommissioning, pipeline repairs in shallow water.
He should have wideknowledge of support vessels, ROV, diving and pigging and preferably familiarwith tendering preparation and technical and commercial evaluation.
Good written and spoken English and usage of Microsoft office andplanning packages.
