Job Summary:
The Product Manager will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies and plans for our platform. This role involves managing the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring that our products meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Vision:
.Develop and articulate a clear vision for the product, aligned with company goals.
.Research market trends, consumer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new product opportunities.
Product Development:
.Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop and launch new products.
.Define product requirements and roadmaps, and prioritize features based on business impact.
User Experience and Design:
.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the product interface is user-friendly and aligns with customer expectations.
.Conduct user testing and incorporate feedback into product development.
Stakeholder Management:
.Coordinate with various internal teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure product alignment with broader company strategies.
.Communicate product plans and progress to senior management and other stakeholders.
Market Launch and Scaling:
.Plan and oversee the product launch process.
.Identify and address challenges related to scaling the product in different markets.
Continuous Improvement:
.Monitor market feedback and make adjustments to the product as necessary.
.Stay updated on e-commerce trends and technologies to continually enhance the product offering.
Qualifications:
.Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
.Proven experience in product management, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
.Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and web technologies
.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
.Experience with Agile methodologies and user-centered design.
.Familiarity with data analytics tools and A/B testing.
.Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and online marketing strategies.
