Educational Requirements / Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent education is typically required. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field can be advantageous.
Skills and Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to facilitate successful sales transactions.
Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in using technology and software for lead management and sales tracking.
Adaptability and resilience to handle challenges and work in a dynamic sales environment.
Experience:
1 -3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.
Basic Salary: 6000 AED or 8000 AED l Benefits: Commission based on your preferred Scheme
