POSITION DESCRIPTION
Under the supervision of the Testing Center Manger, the incumbent will support all official testing activities conducted by Amideast Jordan, register students for paper and computer-based exams, manage test-takers upon arrival, and assist with customer-service-related duties.

The incumbent in this position will work in a professional office environment and will utilize the following equipment when working from the corporate office or remote home office (either on a full time, temporary, or hybrid basis).
Up to 1% business travel may be needed to support our testing labs located outside Amman as needed.
