Job summaryWe are seeking a skilled, motivated and customer obsessed HR Program Coordinator with a history of high performance and creativity to support our MENA Talent Acquisition team in Consumer Business. The HR Program Coordinator will manage various initiatives to support, coordinate and manage different Recruiting programs and initiatives as well. This position is responsible for collaborating with our operational stakeholders across Consumer Business.In addition to collaborating with members of our Recruiting team, the coordinator must build effective working relationships with our business to deliver on our Customer promise.Key job responsibilities1. Pull and analyze data as required by Program Management & Recruitment team and support with ad-hoc requests from Talent Acquisition partners and business leaders.2. Partner with Recruiters on managing Employee referral program timelines.3. Provide day to day support to the Talent Acquisition team in screening the Employee Referral applicant pipeline4. Troubleshoot issues with tooling, reporting and generally being available to answer questions from Employees5. In cases where candidates are not tagged to job requisitions ? the candidate should be able to accurately identify an appropriate requisition, conduct duplicity checks, identify and highlight Primary/Secondary (candidates) profiles, update source details and source lock and share the application link with the candidate1. 3+ years? experience in HR Program management or working in a HR service delivery environment2. Understand recruitment process, workflow & job description/skill requirements for different job families.3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Possess high judgment and use both data, analytics and business acumen to make high quality decisions4. Passion-for and proven-success in program Management and requirements gathering; working backwards from the customer in understanding the needs of a wide variety of end customers/users and balancing/prioritizing the needs of each group appropriately5. Experience with Excel (formulas, pivots, vlookup etc)1. Experience in Talent Acquisition2. Should have experience working in ATS/Candidate Management System
