As a Senior Service Advisor at Masterclass Automotive of Dubai, you will be at the forefront of delivering a world-class service experience to our esteemed clientele. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, offering personalized attention and guidance throughout their service journey. Your dedication to excellence, deep knowledge of automotive service, and outstanding communication skills will be instrumental in ensuring our customers’ complete satisfaction.
Senior Service Advisor Responsibilities:
Greeting customers with a warm and professional demeanor, providing an exceptional customer service experience.
Conducting thorough vehicle inspections and accurately documenting customer concerns and vehicle issues.
Collaborating with the service technicians to diagnose and recommend appropriate repairs and maintenance based on Luxury cars high standards.
Providing clear and detailed explanations of service recommendations, including time and cost estimates.
Assisting customers in understanding the benefits of following the recommended maintenance schedule to maximize the performance of their vehicles.
Scheduling service appointments and ensuring timely handling of work orders to minimize wait times.
Regularly communicating with customers to keep them informed of the service progress and any additional repairs needed.
Addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and service history.
Qualifications:
Any Diploma / Degree or equivalent. Automotive-related education or certifications are a plus.
Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, preferably in a luxury automotive or high-end retail environment.
Knowledge of automotive service and maintenance, particularly with luxury brands or performance vehicles.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with Porsche customers and team members effectively.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding work environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
Proficiency in using computer systems for record-keeping and service scheduling.
You will preferably hold a UAE driving license.
Candidates must have UAE experience and reside in UAE.
