KidZania, an award-winning concept, takes interactive entertainment and learning to an entirely new level by combining role playing with real life. Globally recognised for its unique blend of entertainment and education (edutainment), KidZania creates a fun children-centric city experience designed to educate and inspire children up to 14 years old – from arriving at the airport, to visiting a city center, to exploring the city streets.
KidZania replicates the real world in a safe and self-contained over 7,000 square metre children-d city. As in the real world, children choose activities – such as being a police officer, doctor, journalist or a shopkeeper – and earn money which they can then spend or save. KidZania operates just like a real city complete with buildings, paved streets, vehicles, a functioning economy and recognisable destinations in the form of establishments sponsored and branded by leading multi-national and local brands. Role Profile:
Team Leader – Cash Office is responsible for recording and reporting all financial details of all brand pertinent to Leisure and Entertainment Division business units. The position plays a key role in ensuring business processes are followed for risk management and cash control.
The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:
. Oversee the day to day point of sale transaction with all POS team member and ensure all financial requirements of all brands are clarified prior to opening the park
. Analyze the daily, monthly report and support the account receivable team on closing of account in time by clarifying all queries
. Maintain relations with internal auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations
. Perform a regular report concerning financial status of each brand of Leisure and Entertainment Division
. Ensure that an up to date records of Loss and Found book, Petty Cash expenses and replenishment as per the company policies
. Support other function by initiating invoices for payment across within the division and assist accounts payable team corresponding with the supplier when required
. Maintain all financial data records of all brands and support when management requires
. Oversee banking process in every occasion and ensure that all cash deposits are made
. Ensure that all team member is inform, train and updated on all cash procedure and processes
. Ensure the smooth closing of park is done and facilitated in all brand of the division

Experience:
Minimum 5 years experience in financial administration and corporate management.
