ALPLA Group Looking for HR Generalist at Saudi , Dammam Full Time

• Saudi National
• Maintains personnel files in compliance with legal requirements.
• Responsible for maintaining the e-files of the employees.
• Responsible for maintaining the Job Descriptions.
• Prepare any requested letter by the employees.
• Prepare employment certificates (For exit employees)
• Handles the medical insurance addition, deletion and claims for Dammam employees
• Handles shopfloor employees’ complaints and compliance issues.
• Prepare Employees contracts through Qiwa and make sure to maintain organization compliance.
• Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment
• Follow up on eSkill Matrix and development plans for the shopfloor employees
• Support in HR communication for various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, and government regulations.
• Responsible for Contractors, Daily attendance, monthly pay slips, and all other documents related to work compliance.
• Supports in compliance with SMETA standards and Annual Audits
• Coordinate between Finance & OMs for external invoices approvals
• Responsible for HR Events, employee engagement activities & Social activities.
• Support the Idea Management Committee meetings in the documentation & meeting scheduling.
• Responsible to maintain 5S requirement of HR department.
• Knowledge of current labor/immigration laws and update the HR staff on any changes
• To support the HR team in achieving the standard Saudization levels.
• Managing training coordination and administration (Venues, Catering, Printing Material if needed, attendance management, Invoices, evaluations, certificates, and local reports)
• Handles communication with training suppliers.
• Responsible for the attendance and reports and filing.

Education/ Professional Qualifications

• Min. 2 year Degree (Associates) in related field or equivalent

Experience

• 2 years of experience in HR Administration with background in Recruitment and Personnel Relation
