Description:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized individual to join our team as a receptionist. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our organization, providing exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees. The Receptionist will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere in our workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
· Experience in Front Office Management and welcome visitors in a courteous and friendly manner.
· Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.
· Provide excellent customer service to clients, guests, and employees.
· Assist with inquiries and provide information about the organization when necessary.
· Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
· Administrative Support includes managing and distributing incoming mail and packages.
· Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
· Coordinate conference room bookings and assist with meeting preparations.
· Communicate effectively with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of visitor logs, phone calls, and appointments.
· Perform data entry tasks and update contact databases as needed.
Qualifications:
o High school diploma or equivalent.
o Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Proficient in using office equipment, including phone systems and computer applications.
o Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
