Job Description
Location: DharahdescriptionAsQuality and Risk Coordinator you will be responsible for:Coordinate all activities related to Quality management.Oversee implementation of Quality Procedures and Policies throughout the hospital.Implement, communicate, and maintain a quality plan to comply with accreditation standards (MOH, JCIA, CBAHI, etc.).Establish and maintain hospital-wide standards for Quality Management.Prepare, review, and evaluate procedures and policies related to Quality Management.Influence and motivate staff for continuous improvement.Monitor and document quality care incidents.Monitor service standards to improve incident findings.Participate in Quality Management Committee activities.Collaborate with administrative and medical staff to maintain patient care standards.Plan and prepare Quality Management Reports monthly and annually.Report any occurrences not consistent with hospital operations or service standards.Conduct root cause analysis as necessary.Conduct environmental rounds and documentation audits.Collect and analyze performance data against defined parameters.Provide patient and family education.Identify and deliver relevant quality-related training.Adhere to safety and security measures.Participate in the Hospital Educational Quality Program.Assume duties and responsibilities for Quality Management activities.Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to address issues.Maintain accurate records and statistics related to Quality Management.Dress appropriately for the work area.Build key partnerships within the organization.Comply with regulations related to mentoring, training, and development.Comply consistently with facility policies, procedures, and practices.Complete and maintain regulatory requirements (licensure, certification, training).Maintain confidentiality of information exchanged.Prioritize and recommend improvements according to the PDCA cycle.Ensure cost-effective quality care and identify areas for improvement.Promote the hospitals image by improving patient satisfaction.Perform other assigned tasks within knowledge, skills, and abilities.
