Albwan is a staffing and recruitment company specializing in – cleaning, operation and maintenance firm, that has been active in KSA for the last 8 years.SummaryWe are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks, the goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers.ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems (inhouse only)Provide counseling on policies and procedures (inhouse only)Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process (inhouse only)Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues (inhouse only)Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements (Inhouse and external records)Create, maintain and follow up employee contracts (Inhouse and External)Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance (inhouse only)Requirement:Proven experience as any HR position (Internship is countable)Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary proceduresProficient in MS OfficeOutstanding organizational and time-management abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving and decision-making aptitudeStrong ethics and reliabilityBSc/BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plusIqama needs to be transferable, visa and other benefits according to Saudi Labour law will be provided
