Job Discription
Clerk / Office executive Required.
– Usage of Microsoft Office applications for doentation
– Communicate with clients and assist them with various requirements
– Execute proper etiquette when corresponding with clients and suppliers via telephone and email
– Connecting with prospective clients and providing information on our organization
– Report to direct supervisor regarding assigned tasks.
– Make daily report / work summary for management
– Take notes and follow up on orders and requests made by clients

Candidate Requirement
– Good communication skills (English & Hindi / Urdu fluency is a must)
– Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PPT
– Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tasks
– Willing to train under supervision of management
– Sales experience is a plus but, not required.
