We are currently searching for a Senior Associate to join our Corporate Commercial team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will provide legal advice within the area of specialization and practice, Be expected to maintain and develop client relationships and will be the first point of call for client interface on matters handled.

Duties & responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Advising on deal structuring and strategy;

• Conducting legal due diligence (M&A or capital markets) and verification in a capital markets context;

• Preparing and negotiating acquisition agreements, shareholder agreements and joint venture agreements;

• Demonstrating initiative with respect to client development and wider business development activities;

• Legal project management;

• Drafting offering documents (including private placement memorandums and prospectuses);

• Drafting underwriting and ancillary capital markets documents;

• Corresponding with regulators;

• Advising on corporate governance matters

Requirements

• 7 + years post qualification experience

• Regional experience is preferable

• Qualifying Jurisdiction
