The Customer Service/Admin Officer represents the first point of contact of the guests. He/she shall be fully knowledgeable of all services and locations of park in order to provide guests with correct information. He/she shall document and submit a written report as required by the Park Manage of all requests, calls, complaints, suggestions and recommendations of external and internal guests. He/she should be fluent in both Arabic and English communication skills.
