Responsibilities:

• Corresponding with clients
• Corresponding with collaborators
• Gathering data from clients
• Keeping all files and records up to date and organized
• Following up on pending cases
• Preparing the required documents
• Writing letters to clients and collaborators
• Making sure that collaborators finish the tasks in a timely manner and in excellent quality

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED3,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• administrative assistant: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• UAE driving license (Required)
