The increasing competition in the Qatar market, fast growing global digitalisation and numerous channels available and utilized for marketing purposes, have made the creative content, digital advertisement and well defined branding essential for maintaining and/or increasing market share. The Digital Content Creator at Al Maktab Al Qatari Al Hollandi W.L.L. / Plaza Hollandi will play a key role in creating and delivering engaging and inspiring content across our range of digital channels like websites, social media and other platforms. Ensuring our digital presence supports and enhances our business offering and delivers our messages effectively.ResponsibilitiesWithin delegated authority, the Digital Content Specialist will be responsible for the following duties:General:? Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, blogs, marketing materials, and similar platforms, creating inspirational, informative and engaging content.? Plan, produce and create a program of digital content to be used across all our digital channels, increasing engagement with our audiences and stakeholders.? Develop creative ideas, suggest new innovative ways of delivering digital content and keep upto-date with the latest digital marketing trends.? Conduct research and interviews to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the subject matter, and then contextualising your findings.? Participate in regular departmental and cross departmental progress meetings.? Train and share knowledge with internal teams wherever possible to empower them to managetheir own areas with ad-hoc support.? Create graphics and edit photos, working with the internal design team when necessary.Branding and Marketing? Create awareness and interest within our audiences and stakeholder groups, driving traffic to engage with digital content.? Utilising SEO methods to increase site traffic.? Monitor, analyze and report on the performance of digital channels/activities usingtools like Google Analytics, SA360, and Bing feeding back to stakeholders and using the data to inform future activities.? Contribute to and work with relevant team and stakeholders to develop, manage and implement the digital side of integrated marketing campaigns.? Contribute to online branding and possibilities that lead to more conversions, based on gathered data.Ecommerce? Contribute to website development and optimization; identify the areas for improvement.? Using social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and to promotecompany initiatives.
