Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company.
Manage and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with UAE accounting standards.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets.
Perform month-end and year-end closings.
Lead and supervise a team of junior accountants.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expenses.
Collaborate with internal departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
Stay up to date with UAE tax regulations and compliance requirements.
Implement and maintain effective internal controls.
Skills & Experience Required:
Minimum 7 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory role in the UAE.
Minimum 3 years experience in Engineering / Contracting / MEP Companies.
CBA certification is a plus.
Proficiency in UAE accounting standards and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong leadership and managerial capabilities.
