Job Discription
As a Receptionist / Front Desk personnel, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your warm and professional demeanor will create a positive impression on clients, visitors, and employees. Your multitasking abilities and strong communication skills will help you manage various administrative tasks and ensure the smooth flow of operations at the front desk. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional attitude. Answer incoming calls, transfer calls to appropriate individuals, and take accurate messages. Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment. Manage visitor registration, issue security passes, and direct visitors to their destinations. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, distributing them promptly. Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and visitor handling. Provide basic information and assistance to visitors and callers.
