Ahleen Team is currently looking for a passionate and pro-active Office Administrator with the following:
Role Description
Managing office supplies and inventory.
Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance.
Keeping track of office expenses and budget.
Creating and updating records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data.
Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires.
Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments.
Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Developing and maintaining a filing system.
Providing general support to visitors.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience in the UAE
Ability to work with a team and independently
Experience with Microsoft Office
Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively
