· Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas

• Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws, and ordinances.

• Responsible for ensuring consistent high quality of food, drink and hookah preparation and service

• Maintain professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards

• Oversee inventory and manage costs, provision and purchasing

• Manage total guest experience, ensuring optimal care and service

• Maintain proper safety/security procedures to ensure welfare of employees, guests and company assets; reducing the risk of accidents and injuries

• Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service

• Provide direction to employees regarding operational and procedural matters

• Manage recruitment process for hourly employees

• Develop employees by establishing performance expectations, providing ongoing feedback, and by conducting annual performance reviews

• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date plan of restaurant staffing needs.

• Provide strong presence in local community, aiding in a high level of community involvement by restaurant and personnel

• Maintain a favorable working relationship with all company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate, which will be conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity and efficiency/effectiveness

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: QAR6,000.00 – QAR6,500.00 per month
