Position Summary:
The Executive Assistant will provide support to the company president and his organization. The ideal candidate for this position is proactive, resourceful, highly detail-oriented, well-organized, and has demonstrated good judgment and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities and Key Attributes:
· Provide organized and flexible administrative support which includes managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings and conference calls, answering phones and providing personal support as needed.
· Assist on the projects by reviewing notes, prioritizing phone and email messages, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
· Design, plan and execute special projects and initiatives that support effectiveness and growth. These projects will evolve over time depending on strategic needs and will be adjusted to the skill and growth of the individual hired.
· Prioritize conflicting needs; handles matter expeditiously, proactively, and follow through to successful completion, often under deadline pressure.
· Unquestionable personal code of confidentiality, ethics, integrity, diversity and trust.
· The ideal candidate will exemplify the company values, especially open and courageous communication, risk-taking, and teamwork.
Help with office management as needed.
Qualifications:
Jordanian Citizen
100% FLUENT in English ( Reading, Writing, and Speaking)
· Seasoned with 2+ years of Administrative Assistant experience in a fast-paced role.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills in ENGLISH and ability to solve problems & take initiative
· Outstanding time management skills, with proven ability to multi-task and manage to change priorities effectively.
· Sound judgment, maturity, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
· Exceptional attention to detail. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required, experience with PowerPoint.
· Bachelor’s degree required
As a condition of employment, all candidates must complete a Background Check.
