Job Discription
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products to customers. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, be results-driven, and have a thorough understanding of the products or services they are selling.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Acquisition:
Actively seek out new customers through prospecting and networking.
Present, promote, and sell products or services to existing and prospective customers.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of the features and benefits of the products .
Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
Sales Targets:
Set and achieve sales targets and objectives.
Monitor and report on sales performance.
Sales Presentations:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
Customize presentations to address the specific needs of each customer.
Negotiation:
Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to close sales.
Handle objections and resolve customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
Coordinate with marketing to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
Travel:
May require occasional travel to meet with clients or attend industry events.
Candidate Requirement
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
Proven experience in sales, with a successful track record of achieving targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Customer-focused with a positive and energetic attitude.
Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-oriented and self-motivated.
