Job Discription
We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks will contribute to the overall effectiveness of our administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing the daily operations of the office, including handling incoming calls, emails, and mail.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Prepare and edit doents, presentations, and reports.
Assist in the preparation of meetings, including setting up conference rooms and arranging necessary materials.
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Provide general administrative support to various departments as required.
Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records.
Candidate Requirement
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
