Job Description and Requirements
• Executes the day-to-day operations of the corporate performance department and ensures that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies and procedures
• Supports the gathering of the required information and inputs from the business to ensure that the implications of the business and financial results are presented and understood
• Support the development of the corporate performance framework and tracking, perform data analysis and identifies deviations to ensure that the required reporting is provided in a timely effective manner and is accurate
• Manages the logistics related to data collection and meetings scheduling
• Supports the preparation of the required content and analysis for the various meetings
• Recommends improvements to the departmental policy and support the implementation of procedures and controls

• Train/coach corporate performance specialists
• Performs other related duties or assignments as directed
