Job description

– Identify and develop new client base to support the commercial growth of freight sales via networks such as WCA, JCtrans and local industry.

– Sourcing potential business leads and maintaining lead database with details including customer details / sales visits.

– Communicate new products and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through sales activities to appropriate department Managers.

– Developing and maintaining sales reports to be discussed with management at regular intervals, as and when required

– Achieve monthly/yearly team sales targets.

– Timely customer support through email, virtual meetings, and on-site visits.

– Liaising with operations team to ensure the fulfillment of customer commitments including acting as a key point of reference for administrative documentation and customer support.

– Liaise with credit control department and follow-up for collection of payments.

– Support for general enquiries and providing back office support for field sales team (BD Team)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED5,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month
