Job Title : COUNTRY MANAGER
Functional Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the day to day activities in the designated country / region and to meet or exceed company goals for profitable revenue growth in assigned business portfolios and for determining the overall strategic direction of group companies in line with the organizations objectives set from time to time.
Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
· Overall responsibility for achieving or exceeding the sales and distribution objectives for your territory to ensure achievement of company’s business objectives and strategy.
· Deliver sales targets volume/revenue.
· Ensuring maximum distribution coverage as per sales and marketing plan.
· Marketing support through market checks, retail audits, coordination and execution of marketing and promotional activities in the market along with post analysis.
· Delivers monthly, quarterly and annual sales.
· Penetrating distributor’s organization beyond the supplier level and build a collaborative relationship.
· Working with internal partners of finance and logistics to insure alignment of objectives and effectively manage business issues as they arise.
· Working closely with the Marketing team in providing insight and sales perspective for promotional plans/ideas and also in the area of new product development and new market penetration.
· Maintaining monthly MIS and Reporting in-market sales and distributor’s stock. All such reports should be sent to your reporting authority in the head office on the 5th day of every month.
· At the end of every quarter, you shall prepare and present detailed reports of sales activities and successes to top management at internal review meetings.
· Manage existing distributors and appoint new distributors in unopened channels.
· Supervise and Manage the activities of local production vendor Quality Control, Pricing etc.
