Job Location- Dubai Investment Park
Experience- 5-8Years
Job Summary
Provide high-level administrative support & assistance to the MD, Directors and other assigned leadership staff.
Perform clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents.
Arrange travel and accommodations.
Schedule and attend meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.
Receive incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
Excellent communication and presentation skills. Perform additional duties as assigned.
