Job Description

You are an ambassador for the exceptional service and cuisine that are hallmarks of our food & beverage experience. Your warm, personal attention and knowledge of our outstanding offerings makes guests feel unique and valued.

What you will be doing:

• Welcomes the guests and ensures they are attended to i.e. presents menus, helps with recommendations, receives orders, places orders and handles payments.
• Works with your colleagues to provide efficient and dynamic service.
• Ensures stocks at the bar are replenished and checked accordingly.
• Maintains a proper inventory of items and ensures that the expired ones are replaced, the bar pantry is well organized and coordinates with the Purchasing team for the requisition along with theBartender.
• If needed, prepares alcohol and non-alcohol beverages for the guests in bars.
• Ensures you proactively comply with all regulation, particularly for alcohol licensing conditions and food safety.
• Assists other Food & Beverage Outlets in their operations during peak hours if needed.

Qualifications

• Service focused personality is essential.
• Previous experience in a similar role in Bar is a must.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service.
• Having education background in hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written) & other international languages will be plus points (e.g. Russian, French, Arabic, etc.).
