What you will be doing:

• On the telephone or at reception, you?ll make sure that guests aren?t just contented, but enthusiastic
• You?ll always keep your cool ? even when all the guests want a restaurant table at the same time.
• You?ll play your role as host from the first ?Hello? to the final ?Take care, see you soon?
• You?ll offer an attentive service to guests, adapting to any constraints
• You?ll heeds any remarks made by guests and ensures follow-up
• You?ll promote the F&B offer
• You?ll prepare the bookings and special needs as required
• You?ll clean and tidies the outlet and preparation areas after closing
• You?ll organise your work to suit fluctuations in numbers, events and guests

Your experience and skills include:

• You?ve completed your training and have already gained your first experience in the hotel or catering business.
• You have fun working with people, and enjoy making others feel good
• You?re passionate about good food and drinks, and enjoy discovering new concepts
• You?re not just bringing your abilities, but also your character
