Accor Hotels Looking for Government Relations and Housing Executive in United Arab Emirates Full Time

Government Relations and Housing Executive?What you will be doing:

• Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service.
• ?Charge the daily arrival Guest visas.
• Daily print the visa and residence violator?s reports.
• Type Immigration forms on E-Form system (employment visa, residence visa, original visit visa, and visa amendment form and visit visa extension).
• Enter database of all friend & family visas into Colleagues Visa Reference file saved on Departmental Share/HR.
• Prepare expense report of all charged Guest, friends and family visas to be given to accounts department.
• Prepare expense report of the daily government relations work done.
• Prepare expense report of the daily government relations work?
• Daily maintain of Department?s float.
• Daily fill in the entire document in each personal employee file.
• Follow up with reservation department on no show & cancelled Guest booking
• Follow up of the leavers: – Type residence visa cancellation forms. – Follow up with the airport concierge for the cancellation stickers. – Fill the leaver?s files once we get the original cancellation form.
• Send all details of the events is happening in the hotel to CID by using the police report system.
• Assist internal Colleague?s that requests for passport copy, original passport and collecting friends & family visas.
• Attend telephone calls and direct calls to the concern person in department.

Your experience and skills include:

• Arabic speaker.
• Computer skills (Typing Arabic and English).
• Knowledge in UAE laws and government sectors.
• Well organized and good in filing.
• Good team player.
