Job Description
Job Duties and Responsibilities:Oversee and direct daily company administrative processes and procedures.Report to and assist the Delivery Controller in daily tasks and duties.Ensure that the company policies align with and advance business objectives.Strategically map-out, plan, and manage customer delivery and installations.Analyze and maintain operational data.Communicate with management teams to confirm execution of company processes.Train staff in policies and procedures and supervise their daily work through the Aziz system.Set goals for staff and monitor their progress through the Aziz system.Conduct frequent performance reviews of all the staff.Implement improved operational measures and policies that promotes efficiency.Track and maintain operational costs.Maintain positive client and vendor relationships.
