We are seeking a Front Desk Executive for one of our esteemed clients who are one of the leading Manufactures & Distributors of Kids related Products
Job Title: Front Desk Executive
Job Location: Dubai
Requirements:
Candidates having minimum 2 years of UAE experience in customer service or a similar front desk role and currently available in UAE.
Excellent grasp of the English and Arabic language.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ability to interact positively with children, adults, and large groups
Ability to handle cash and perform financial transactions accurately.
Basic computer skills and proficiency with office software.
Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced and high-pressure situations
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Welcome and Engagement: Greet customers and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanour. Provide information about our services, programs, and facilities.
Registration and Transactions: Assist customers with registrations, membership inquiries, and program enrolments.
Front Desk Operations: Manage the opening and closing procedures of the facility, ensuring security protocols are followed.
Child Safety: Verify the identity of parents or guardians during child drop-off and pick-up, ensuring that children are only released to authorized individuals.
Customer Feedback: Collect and record feedback from customers regarding their experience and suggestions for improvement.
Visitor Trends Reporting: Observe and recognize visitor trends and patterns, such as peak hours and busy days.
