Hiring Talent Acquisition Intern
Location: Sobha Hartland, Dubai
University Students preferred

Job Responsibilities:
Use social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter) to look for and connect with potential candidates.
Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify each position’s requirements.
Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates
Access different job portals and upload applicant resumes
Phone-Screening candidates
Act as a support to sourcing/recruitment-related activities
Required Skills & Experience:
1-2 years experience in recruitment
The candidate should have a valid residence visa
Working a degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Management or equivalent is preferred
Can work in a fast-paced working environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
Strong admin, time-management, and organizational skills
