Position: Database Controller
My Business Consulting DMCC is leading Corporate Services Provider Company, located in Dubai with extensive experience in Management Consultancy, Corporate Services, Accounting & Bookkeeping, Tax Consultancy, and Immigration Services. We assist individuals and companies to register and manage their businesses in the UAE.
Part of the determined expansion of My Business Consulting DMCC, we are looking for Database Controller with proven records of UAE and International experience in corporate services or banking.
What do you get?
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for overall database controlling
2. Responsible for safe keeping of all original documents of clients (individual and company documents, audit reports, mails/letters, stamps, etc.)
3. Resizing, merging, splitting, converting, etc. of documents
4. Responsible for Stamps Request, Emirates ID Collection, and Legalization of Corporate Documents (MOFA, Consulates/Embassy)
5. Ensure proper scanning, copying, labelling, filing and archiving of any documents received in the Shared Folder & PMS or other safekeeping storages
6. Responsible for correct and safe hand-over of documents
7. Responsible for ensure that all data in the PMS is complete, correct and up to date
8. Responsible for maintaining proper flow of data storage until releasing
9. Generate various documents control reports through PMS as required
10. Responsible for working directly with the Software Developers (11 Values) for any of the following:
a. Improvement and Revisions of PMS
b. Generating various reports when required
c. Working condition of PMS
11. Responsible for providing new employee Training on using the PMS and Shared Folder.
12. Responsible for preparing presentation and updating staff member for new updates in the PMS
13. Responsible for reminding staff member for any procedures concerning data control
14. Responsible for ordering Company Stamps and ensuring that PRO will collect the order as per deadline stipulated by team member.
15. Maintains updating action of any tasks action assigned
16. Provides necessary clerical and field assistance to Operations & Finance Department
17. Ensure proper coordination with different departments of the company
18. Coordination with MD for future projects of PMS
19. Ensures proper update of tasks and action in the PMS
20. Ensures client’s satisfaction on all paid services, without any delays and miscommunications.
21. Establish and maintain good communication and respectful relations with authorities, partners and any other 3rd party agencies related to complete any given task. Promotes healthy business atmosphere between all company suppliers.
22. Keep up to date with any relevant information relating to the job description.
23. Conducts any researches may require to ensure customer service satisfaction and sales improvement of MBC DMCC Team in general.
24. Assistance with any tasks of Operation Department when required.
25. Promotes highly positive & efficient team work, coordination and cooperation with the whole team of My Business Consulting DMCC.
26. Daily reporting regarding on-going request/tasks

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED3,500.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
