Hiring Executive Assistant – UAE
Duties include but not limited to:
Assisting Placement Function – meeting arrangements, RM’s Expense claim report preparation
General HR Functions – Employee file handling
Coordinating with HQ HR function to ensure the processing and filing of annual appraisal records; these records are to be shared with Auditors during the audit process.
Handling /recording of employee leave records
Custodianship of Company Contracts Registers and the contract file maintenance
Insurance Administration
