Role and Responsibilities:
•Handles all sales activities in the showroom by welcoming customers, receiving inquiries, discussing specific parts requirements, and proposing proper part numbers and pricing.
•Follows all relevant Sales procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
•Follows the day-to-day operations related to own job in the Sales function to ensure continuity of work.
•Interacts with other showroom team members, Team Leaders, and Managers to support and handle showroom sales activities.
•Provides high-quality, well-organized administrative sales operation and schedule.
•Acts as a backup for other showroom staff members.
•Completes processing of all invoicing and documentation to meet all customers’ requirements.
•Ensure that all payments are up to date and handle collections and report properly.
