1. Management, development, monitoring and troubleshooting all IT infrastructure systems and active component including:

• Datacenter equipment’s (server, storage, workstation, PS)
• Windows server environment (Active Directory, File server, Print Server, Exchange environment, DHCP server ……….etc.)
• Microsoft Exchange environment on premise and cloud administration and support.
• Microsoft office 365 products architecture.
• Microsoft Azure cloud Architecture And support and hybrid cloud environment.
• VMware vSphere environment
• Firewalls systems.
• ZTNA technologies.
• Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Compliance, Endpoint Manager, Microsoft Defender ATP and Azure Security management and support.
• End user’s Endpoint and server’s antivirus administration
• Microsoft Hyper-V cluster.
• All types of SSL certificates.
• ELV infrastructure architecture, support, mange including (Access doors, CCTV)
• Provide support for Network infrastructure equipment’s (Switches, Routers, WIFI)
• Manage and administration for Veeam Backup systems
• Manage and support Storage systems (DELL, Huawei, HP)
• Manage all type of connections lines MPLS, Internet VPN, IP VPN, ADSL.
• Manage all data backup types and archive them.
• Manage all licenses used in Infrastructure.
• Manage DR site.
• Support KEMP load Balancer and configuring virtual services
• Manage AVAYA aura VoIP and Yeastar VoIP systems.

Skills

• University degree in Information Systems or its equivalent from a recognized university
• He has practical experience of not less than 8 years in the field of the job.
