Job Description
Collating, checking, printing, and stamping of Contracts / Agreements.
E-stamping of Contracts / Agreements
Receipt / checking Contract documentation from consultants.
Updating Contract racking log.
Preparation and issue of follow up e-mails to Vendors / Consultants / Client
Have prior experience of similar type of works for Contractors / Consultants / Developers.
Be computer proficient and have experience with Adobe software
Be able to work under pressure
Be able to multi-task
Be able to work with minimal supervision
Demonstrate initiative (important characteristic)
Be proactive (important characteristic)
