Job Discription
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required.
Responsibilities
Assisting real estate agents with paperwork and administrative tasks.
Generate Reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Updating and maintaining real estate databases and systems.
Handling other administrative duties as assigned.
Answer phone calls, emails, take messages, schedule appointments, prepare Real Estate forms and doents.
Organize the property details which include photos, title deeds, NOCs, and IDsKeeping records of Buyers’, .
Maintaining a high-quality score for the listings on each platform.
Organize and maintain the office filling system. Perform other administrative tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma, Bachelor degree or relevant work experience
Ability to maintain a positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
Presentable
Well Educated
